Home & decor glass · Soap and hand wash bottles
The most-handled glass in a house. We match the pump to your soap and cut the tube to your bottle.
If you own a personal care brand, a refill shop or a hotel amenity range, you buy the pump before the bottle, and both come from us. Your eight running-mould bodies run 240 ml to 960 ml (8 to 32 fl oz) off our own lines in Shandong: amber Boston ladders for a refill range, moulded coloured bodies for a counter. Your pump gets matched to the viscosity of your soap, and the dip tube cut to the body it goes in.
Eight running-mould bodies. Two run a 240 to 960 ml ladder for a refill range; six are moulded and coloured for a counter, where your bottle stays out and gets looked at every day. We quote wholesale per body, with the pump priced beside it.

No running-mould body carries that type at that size. Your quotation can still cover it, because the pump finishes repeat across most of this range.

A soap bottle is the most-used piece of glass in your customer's house, and the part that fails is never the glass. Three things reach you in writing before a deposit.
What is at stake
Your foaming hand wash, your thick lotion and your dish soap need three different pumps. A foamer fed your viscous lotion delivers nothing; a lotion pump on a thin hand wash floods the sink. The bottle looks identical in all three cases, so this gets discovered by your customer rather than at the factory.
What we supply
We specify the pump against the product you are filling, and state the dose per stroke. Your formula and its viscosity belong on the enquiry, and samples go out with that pump fitted so your team can press one a hundred times before you commit.
What has to match
A tube too short strands the last centimetre of soap and your customer throws away a bottle that still has product in it. Too long and it curls against the base and pulls air. Every body in this range has a different internal height, so one tube length across your whole listing guarantees most of them are wrong.
What we supply
We cut your tubes per body, and bottles ship with the pump fitted, so what you test is the assembly. On the Boston ladder your three sizes take the same pump with three tube lengths.
What is at stake
Your bottle lives beside a sink and gets handled with soapy hands several times a day for years. Base stability and wall thickness matter more here than on almost anything else, and a moulded or textured surface earns its place twice: it sells the product and it gives a wet hand something to grip.
What we supply
Six of these eight bodies carry a moulded texture, which reads as your design and works as grip. Your quotation states glass weight per body, since a light dispenser on a stone counter is a breakage your customer blames on the brand.
The glass is one part of three, and your quotation prices all three together.
Your quotation lists the glass, the pump, the tube and the transit protection, so nothing in the assembly arrives from a different decision than the rest.
Bulk terms from the factory. No tooling on a running body, 15–20 days from confirmation, bottles sampled with the pump fitted, and a container count printed beside your price.
Pallet or container
A running mould carries no tooling minimum, so your first range can be a single pallet across several bodies, on identical terms for private-label home brands and refill retailers. A custom mould in extra-flint starts at 12,000 pieces.
15–20 days
From confirmation on running moulds, glass and pumps together. Coloured melts run to a schedule, so a large order of yours in the blue or grey bodies rewards an early booking. A custom mould adds 30–45 days from drawing approval.
On request
Bottles ship with the pump fitted and the tube cut, so your team can fill one with the real formula and press it a hundred times. On the custom path, an acrylic model lands in about 10 days at $500, then a sample mould at 35 days puts 5–10 bottles on your desk.
EXW · FOB
Warehousing and consolidation stay in-house, and we quote transit to your port. Your soap bottles travel with dropper or diffuser bottles in one container, which is how most home ranges ship.
Per body, with the quote
A 960 ml refill and a 320 ml counter bottle load nothing alike, and a fitted pump adds height to every carton you ship. Your quotation gives carton dimensions and 20GP and 40HC counts per body.

A dispenser sits on a basin for a year, so your brand mark takes more wet handling here than on anything else we make. Our Shandong plant sprays colour, frosts, screen prints, hot stamps and labels in-house, so your decorated glass keeps the same 15–20 days as plain.
We quote decoration per design, beside the glass. Decoration and labelling in detail →

A bottle, a pump or a drawing starts the check. Six moulded bodies already give your counter range a look of its own without steel, so you are likely to stay on running moulds. When a dispenser of your own is the point, our mould shop prices it in three stages.
A full-size model of your bottle, so you sign off shape, grip and base footprint before steel is cut.
Real glass from a sample mould: 5–10 bottles with pumps fitted, for your filler and your buyer to approve.
Your production tooling runs on the flint lines in Shandong. Minimum 12,000 pieces in extra-flint, 50,000 in standard flint.

We form your bottles in Shandong, colour them on the same site and pack them with our own warehouse team, so the glass, the pump and the tube arrive on one order. Personal care brands in 40+ countries have shipped from these Shandong lines since 2013, on the same terms you get.
We gauge the pump thread on every run. A pump that loosens under daily use is the complaint you will actually get, and it starts at the finish rather than at the pump.
We fit pumps and cut tubes here and prime-test them as a set, so your QA receives the bottle your customer will press.
We measure base flatness and wall thickness across your run, because this bottle stands on a hard wet counter and gets knocked more than most.
Controlled lehr curve on every bottle, and we check residual strain under polarised light on every run of yours. Moulded and textured bodies cool unevenly, so we watch yours harder than plain ones.
Viscosity, tube length and the 16 oz amber everyone starts with, answered against your own formula.
It depends on the formula, and the three common answers behave very differently. A foaming pump needs a thin soap you have made for it, and blocks on a normal hand wash. A lotion pump moves thicker products but floods a thin one. Your formula and its viscosity decide the pump, and samples arrive with that one fitted.
By the internal height of each body, so we cut your tube per body instead of per order. Every design is a different height, and one tube length across your range strands product in the bottom of most of them.
The amber Boston ladder runs 240, 480 and 960 ml — 8, 16 and 32 fl oz — which covers your counter bottle and your refill. The moulded dispensers run 320 to 500 ml, sized for a bathroom or kitchen sink.
Yes, and it is the busiest size in this range. The amber Boston ladder runs 240, 480 and 960 ml, so your 16 oz dispenser and your 32 oz refill sit on the same neck and take the same pump. A brushed metal or a plastic pump head is your choice per order, and both are priced with the glass.
We are the glassworks. Your bodies are formed on our own lines in Shandong, two of MAIDAO INDUSTRY's two production sites, and coloured in Shandong. Pumps and dip tubes come from component makers we buy from weekly, and they reach you fitted, on our invoice and under our inspection.
The texture is decoration and grip at once. Your customer handles this bottle with soapy hands several times a day, so a moulded or frosted surface does real work as well as selling the product.
There is no tooling minimum on the eight running-mould bodies, so your first range can be a single pallet across several of them. A custom mould in extra-flint starts at 12,000 pieces.
Yes, with your tube cut and the assembly prime-tested, and with a transit cap or clip so the pump does not depress in the carton. What your QA receives is the bottle your customer will press.
Yes. Coloured melts run for the blue and grey bodies, and spray coating, frosting, electroplating and speckle finishes all run in-house on clear glass, which is your faster route to a house colour.
Yes, and most home ranges do it. The same finishes run across soap bottles, diffuser bottles and candle jars, and all three reach you in one container on one set of documents.
A size, a body or the formula you fill is enough to start. Our personal care desk answers you with pricing, pump options and loading data inside 24 hours.
Matching bottles, pump pricing and loading data come back within 24 hours.
The running moulds that fit get found before anyone talks about tooling.
