Beverage glass · Boston rounds and apothecary bottles
One body, four colours, seven sizes, and a neck that already takes the fitment your line runs.
If you fill essential oils, supplements or private-label skincare, you buy this bottle by the pallet. It comes off our own lines in Shandong, and your ladder runs seven sizes from 15 ml to 1 litre (0.5 to 34 oz). Amber, cobalt blue, green and clear all share one neck, so the dropper that fits your sampler also fits your refill.
One running-mould body, four glass colours, one seven-step ladder. Heights run 6.9 cm at 15 ml to 20.7 cm at a litre, so your carton plan settles before you send an enquiry. We quote wholesale prices per size and per quantity, so your pallet price and your container price land on one sheet.

Every colour runs the full ladder, so a combination that returns nothing is worth a message from you: the melt schedule sets what is in stock, and it moves.

The Boston round is the most standardised bottle we make, so your shape decision is already made. What your filler and your buyer still want in writing is the neck, the colour and the ladder your range sits on.
What is at stake
A Boston round is a platform. The dropper, pump, trigger or cap on top turns it into your serum, your tincture or your cleaning concentrate, and those parts come from a closure supplier with their own tolerances. A bottle bought without its fitment settled is half a specification.
What we supply
Every size in your ladder runs a common finish, so droppers, lotion pumps, fine-mist sprayers, trigger heads, corks and plain caps all cross over. Your quotation carries the finish drawing and prices the fitments alongside the glass, so one order covers both.
What has to match
Amber earns its place for a reason; cobalt usually earns its place on looks. Essential oils, vitamin preparations and plant extracts degrade under light, and amber blocks the most of it for you. Clear shows the product and gives it nothing. Colour picked on shelf appeal alone is what brings you a shelf-life complaint in your second summer.
What we supply
All four colours run the whole ladder, so you can put light-sensitive products in amber and display lines in clear without leaving one supplier. Samples of each colour travel together for a shelf test under your own lighting.
What is at stake
Seven sizes from 15 ml to a litre cover your sample, your retail unit and your refill. Buy only the retail size and you source samples and refills elsewhere, on a different neck, a different cap stock and a second supplier to chase.
What we supply
Your heights run 6.9, 7.9, 9.4, 11.3, 14, 17 and 20.7 cm across the seven steps, all on one finish. Your 15 ml sampler and your 1 litre refill take the same cap, which is the practical reason to buy the whole ladder from one place.
One neck across seven sizes and four colours, so a fitment your line already runs carries straight over. Each part is priced in the same quotation as the bottle.
Your quotation states the fitment, the liner and the finish it seals against, so your closure supplier or ours signs off before any stock is committed.
Bulk terms straight from the manufacturer. No tooling to pay for on a running mould, 15–20 days from confirmation, fitted samples in your hand, and a container count printed beside your price.
Pallet or container
A running mould carries no tooling minimum, so your opening order can be one pallet across several sizes and colours, on identical terms for private-label skincare brands and contract fillers. Cutting steel of your own starts at 12,000 pieces in extra flint, 50,000 in standard flint.
15–20 days
From confirmation on running moulds, glass and fitments together. A coloured melt runs to a schedule, so a large amber or cobalt order of yours is worth placing early. A custom mould adds 30–45 days from drawing approval.
On request
Bottles ship with the fitment on, so your filler can run a dose test and your team can see the colour against your product. On the custom path, an acrylic model lands in about 10 days at $500, then a sample mould at 35 days puts 5–10 bottles on your desk.
EXW · FOB
Warehousing and consolidation stay in-house, and we quote transit to your port. Boston rounds fill the gaps in a mixed container, which is how most opening orders like yours travel.
Per size, with the quote
A 15 ml sampler and a 1 litre refill differ by a factor of seventy in volume, so one anchor would mislead you. Your quotation gives carton dimensions and the 20GP and 40HC counts per size.

Everyone sells this shape, so your brand lives on the surface of the glass. Our own decorating plant in Shandong runs frosting, spray colour, screen printing, hot stamping, electroplating and labelling, and none of it adds a second lead time to your 15–20 days.
We quote decoration per design, beside the glass. Decoration and labelling in detail →

You will almost certainly stay on running moulds, because the shared neck is the reason to choose a Boston round at all. When your range wants a silhouette nobody else can order, our mould shop quotes it in three stages with a figure against each one.
A full-size model of your bottle, so shape, shoulder and label panel are signed off before steel is cut.
Real glass from a sample mould: 5–10 bottles with fitments on, for your filler and your buyer to approve.
Your production tooling runs on the flint lines in Shandong. Minimum 12,000 pieces in extra-flint, 50,000 in standard flint.

We form your bottles on our lines in Shandong, decorate them on the same site and load them with our own warehouse team, so no trading desk sits between you and the furnace. Buyers in 40+ countries have shipped from these lines since 2013.
We gauge the thread on every run, because one fitment fitting seven of your sizes is the whole value of this bottle. A finish that drifts costs you that, and you find out at the filling head.
Amber, cobalt and green come out of a coloured melt, so we hold shade across your run and check it against a retained reference bottle. Repeat orders are matched to that reference, which matters on a shelf where your sizes stand together.
Controlled lehr curve on every bottle, with residual strain checked under polarised light on every run. Small thin-walled bottles show strain faster than heavy ones, so your 15 ml gets the same attention as your litre.
Your shipment carries an EC 1935/2004 declaration of compliance for the EU and UK, food-contact documentation to FDA requirements for the United States, and ISO 9001. SGS test reports and third-party pre-shipment inspection come on request.
The answers our sales engineers give on email, so your shortlist is settled before you write to us.
Seven steps: 15, 30, 60, 120, 240, 500 and 1000 ml, standing 6.9, 7.9, 9.4, 11.3, 14, 17 and 20.7 cm tall. Every step runs in all four colours and shares one neck, so your sampler and your refill take the same cap.
Amber blocks the most light, so it is the right answer if you fill essential oils, plant extracts or anything with a vitamin in it. Cobalt is largely a shelf decision, and clear gives no protection at all. Where your range has both light-sensitive and display products, run amber and clear side by side.
Yes. Your whole ladder runs a common finish, which is the practical reason this bottle became a standard. Droppers, lotion pumps, fine-mist sprayers, trigger heads, corks and caps all cross over between your sizes and colours.
A manufacturer. MAIDAO INDUSTRY runs two sites in Shandong and Xuzhou, 14 production lines and about 700 million bottles a year, and SGSBOTTLE is the export brand that invoices you from them. Your Boston rounds come off the lines in Shandong and are decorated on the same site, all inside the group.
One pallet across several of your sizes and colours, because these bodies already run for other buyers. A Boston round quote from a Chinese glassworks can open in the hundreds of thousands, because that price is built around a fresh furnace campaign for you alone. Cutting new tooling is where our 12,000-piece extra-flint minimum starts.
Yes. Your order ships with food-contact documentation to FDA requirements for the United States and an EC 1935/2004 declaration of compliance for the EU and UK, and SGS test reports come on request.
Yes, and on a shape this widely stocked it is the whole game. We price screen printing straight onto the glass, frosting, spray colour, foil and applied labels with your bottles.
We ship them with the fitment on, so what your QA tests is what your customer receives. Filling is your side; the glass, the fitment and the decoration all come from us on one order and one set of documents.
It depends entirely on the size, which is why your quotation gives carton dimensions and 20GP and 40HC counts per step, not one headline number. Your 15 ml and your 1 litre differ by roughly seventy times in volume.
A size, a colour or a photo of your fitment is enough to start. A sales engineer answers you with pricing, drawings and loading data inside 24 hours.
Matching bottles, fitment pricing and loading data come back within 24 hours.
The running moulds that fit get found before anyone talks about tooling.
