What is at stake
Reeds carry your oil up, and the neck decides how much surface is open to the room. A wide bore gives a strong scent that burns through your 100 ml bottle in weeks; a narrow one lasts months and can read as weak in a large room. You and a rival can sell the same oil in the same volume and collect completely different reviews.
What we supply
The bodies here run narrow necks sized for a collar, and the finish drawing goes out with your quotation. Where you know the room size and the life you are promising on the pack, say so and the bore becomes part of your shortlist instead of a surprise.
What has to match
Your oil travels a long way before a reed ever goes in it, and the failure you are most likely to meet is a carton that arrives smelling of the product. A collar alone does not seal your bottle; the plug under it does, and the cap over it protects the collar finish.
What we supply
We quote your bottles with the collar, the transit plug and the outer cap together, so the pack that leaves here survives a container. Reeds are quoted alongside if you want them in the same order.
What is at stake
Diffuser bases are aggressive solvents. They lift lacquer off a plated collar, creep under your label and dull a finish that looked perfect on the sample. You will not see it at the sample stage, because your sample sits for a week and your shelf sits for a year.
What we supply
We specify collar finish against the base you are using, not against a catalogue photograph. Name the carrier with your enquiry, then fill your samples and leave them a month, because that month is the only real test.
The glass is one part of four, and your quotation prices all four together.

A diffuser sits in a hallway for three months, so the finish carries your brand longer than a label does. Our Shandong plant sprays, frosts, screen prints, hot stamps, electroplates and labels in-house, which keeps your coated bottle on the same 15–20 days as a plain one.

A drawing, a rival's bottle or a sketch starts the check. Four of the bodies we run are already moulded designs, which gets you a distinctive bottle faster than cutting steel. When your range needs its own silhouette, our mould shop quotes it in three priced stages.
A full-size model of your bottle, so you sign off shape, neck bore and label panel before steel is cut.
Real glass from a sample mould: 5–10 bottles with collars and plugs fitted, for your filler and your buyer to approve.
