Beverage glass · Water bottles and drinkware
Two ranges under one word. Caps that seal a shelf, and lids that survive a bag.
Whether you bottle mineral water or import drinkware, you land on the same page wanting two different products, and both come off our own lines in Shandong. Eight running-mould bodies cover 150 ml to 750 ml (5 to 25 oz). Single-serve packaging with aluminium and tinplate caps sits beside reusable carry bottles with bamboo, stainless and plastic lids, and we quote you for them as the different products they are.
Eight running-mould bodies in two ranges. The first filter separates a bottle your shopper opens once from a bottle they carry for a year, because almost nothing about the two purchases matches. We quote wholesale per range and per quantity.

No running-mould body carries that lid at that size in that range. A quotation can still cover it, because several finishes repeat across both ranges.

Two products share one word, and which one you mean changes everything that follows. Three things reach you in writing before a deposit.
What is at stake
A bottled water pack is opened once, has to show it was sealed, and you are judged on cost per unit and container count. A reusable bottle is carried in a bag for a year, and you are judged on whether it leaks, how it feels and whether the lid survives a dishwasher. Brief one and receive the other, and you have lost a season.
What we supply
We keep the two ranges apart and price them apart. Your quotation names the range a design belongs to and the closure that goes with it, so you never buy a dual-purpose bottle that serves neither job well.
What has to match
Water in the bottom of a rucksack is the one reason a reusable bottle comes back to you. It is almost never the glass. It traces to the seal in the lid, the thread pitch, or a bamboo lid that swelled after a month of washing and no longer closes square.
What we supply
Your drinkware ships assembled, so your QA fills one, inverts it and leaves it overnight before you list it. Your quotation states lid material, the seal inside it and dishwasher performance, per design.
What is at stake
Bamboo and wood sell a bottle. They also absorb water, and a lid that lives in your customer's dishwasher changes shape long before the glass shows a mark. Sold with a silicone insert and honest care instructions, they last. Sold as maintenance-free, they come back.
What we supply
The bamboo-lidded designs carry a silicone seal inside the lid, and your quotation says so, along with the care wording your pack needs. Where you sell into a gym or a school and the bottles get abused, the stainless and plastic lids are the honest recommendation.
Four lid families run against these bodies, and which ones you can use depends on your range.
Your quotation states the lid, the seal inside it and the finish it closes onto, so you settle the difference between a packaging cap and a drinkware lid before you order.
Bulk terms from the factory. No tooling on a running body, 15–20 days from confirmation, bottles sampled with the lid fitted, and a container count printed beside your price.
Pallet or container
A running mould carries no tooling minimum, so your opening order can be a single pallet, on identical terms for private-label water brands and homeware buyers. Cutting steel of your own starts at 12,000 pieces in extra flint, 50,000 in standard flint.
15–20 days
From confirmation on running moulds, glass and lids together. We assemble sleeves, straws and infusers here, so they add no second lead time to yours. A custom mould adds 30–45 days from drawing approval.
On request
Drinkware ships assembled, so your QA can run a leak test and a dishwasher cycle before you list it. On the custom path, an acrylic model lands in about 10 days at $500, then a sample mould at 35 days puts 5–10 bottles on your desk.
EXW · FOB
Warehousing and consolidation stay in-house, and we quote transit to your port. Your water bottles travel with juice or milk bottles in one container, which is how most opening orders travel.
Per range, with the quote
A sleeved tumbler in a gift box and a bare packaging bottle load nothing alike, so one anchor would mislead you. Your quotation gives you carton dimensions and the 20GP and 40HC counts per design.

A promotional bottle carries your logo for a year and a water bottle carries it for a minute, and both marks go on the same way. Our Shandong plant screen prints, frosts, sprays, hot stamps and labels in-house, so your decorated glass keeps the same 15–20 days as plain.
We quote decoration per design, beside the glass. Decoration and labelling in detail →

A drawing, a rival's bottle or a photograph starts the check. Running bodies cover almost any brief you bring, because a bottler buys on cap stock and a drinkware importer buys on the lid. When a bottle of your own is the point, our mould shop prices it in three stages.
A full-size model of your bottle, so shape, grip and label panel are signed off before steel is cut.
Real glass from a sample mould: 5–10 bottles with lids and sleeves fitted, for your QA and your buyer to approve.
Your production tooling runs on the flint lines in Shandong. Minimum 12,000 pieces in extra-flint, 50,000 in standard flint.

We form your bottles in Shandong, decorate them on the same site and load them with our own warehouse team, so the glass, the lid and the sleeve arrive on one order. Bottlers and drinkware buyers in 40+ countries have shipped from these Shandong lines since 2013, on the same terms you get.
We gauge the thread and sealing surface on every run. On a carry bottle a finish half a turn out is a leak in somebody's bag, and that is the complaint your whole listing lives or dies on.
We fit lids, seals, sleeves and straws here and leak-check them as a set, so what your QA tests is what your customer receives.
Controlled lehr curve on every bottle, with residual strain checked under polarised light on every run. Reusable bottles meet more thermal cycling than any packaging bottle does.
Your shipment carries an EC 1935/2004 declaration of compliance for the EU and UK, food-contact documentation to FDA requirements for the United States, and ISO 9001. SGS test reports and third-party pre-shipment inspection come on request.
Which of the two you are actually buying, what a carbonated fill needs, and which lids survive a bag.
A packaging bottle is opened once, has to prove it was sealed, and you buy it on cost per unit and container count. A reusable bottle is carried for a year, and you buy it on whether it leaks and how it feels. They use different closures and are quoted separately, so the range belongs in your first message.
The silicone seal inside them is; the wood is the part that ages. Bamboo and wood absorb water and change shape over months of hot washing, so your pack needs care wording. Where your bottles go to a gym or a school, the stainless and plastic lids are the honest recommendation.
The packaging bodies are built for still water, and your carbonated fill needs a heavier bottle with a pressure-rated finish. Our beer and swing-top ranges carry the profiles that hold pressure, and a sparkling bottle of your own is a mould at 12,000 pieces in extra flint. The carbonation level belongs in your first message, because the honest answer sometimes rules a body out.
A manufacturer. Your bottles are formed on our own lines in Shandong, one of MAIDAO INDUSTRY's two production sites, and finished in Shandong. Lids, sleeves, straws and infusers come from component makers we buy from weekly, and they reach you assembled on our invoice.
That is the test your listing lives on, and the answer sits in the lid rather than the glass. Drinkware ships assembled so your QA can fill one, invert it and leave it overnight before listing. Lid material and the seal inside it are stated per design on your quotation.
There is no tooling minimum on the eight running-mould bodies, so your opening order can be a single pallet. Cutting steel of your own starts at 12,000 pieces in extra flint, or 50,000 in standard flint.
Yes, and we assemble them here instead of shipping them loose, so your bottles arrive complete and leak-checked as a set. Sleeves mould to your colour, and we quote them with the glass.
That depends on the design, and settling it at enquiry costs you nothing. Where your bottle will see tea or coffee, that belongs on the enquiry, and the answer comes back per design alongside the sample.
Yes. Your order ships with food-contact documentation to FDA requirements for the United States and an EC 1935/2004 declaration of compliance for the EU and UK, and SGS test reports come on request.
Yes, by screen printing your mark straight onto the glass, which survives the dishwasher cycles a reusable bottle actually gets. Frosting, spray colour and printed sleeves are all quoted with the glass.
A range, a size or the bottle you fill today is enough to start. Our beverage desk answers with pricing, drawings and loading data inside 24 hours.
Matching running-mould bottles, pricing and loading data come back within 24 hours.
The running moulds that fit get found before anyone talks about tooling.
