FAQ
How many free samples can I get?
You can receive 2–3 pieces per item. In general, we offer free samples for up to 3 SKUs, with a total quantity of no more than 10 pieces.
Can I get samples with decoration (deep processing)?
Yes, we can provide decorated samples based on your artwork. Depending on the complexity, we may offer them for free or charge a small sampling fee to cover labor costs.
Who pays for the shipping, and how?
Sample shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If you have a DHL or FedEx account, we can ship using your account, and the courier will charge you directly.
If not, please contact our support team—we will calculate the shipping cost for you. You can pay it via PayPal or another agreed method.
How long does delivery take?
Samples usually arrive within 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
Import fees vary from country to country. Check with your local DHL or FedEx office the rates that will be applied on import
*Ensure your address, postcode & your active mobile phone number are correct & active.
*The courier company will call you once the goods land. Should the courier try to deliver more than once, & you’re not home, then your order will be returned to China. This can be costly & cannot be reversed.
