If you supply florists, run events or import home decor, you buy a shape and a finish, and both come out of our own plant in Shandong. Your cylinder, bud, flared and hydroponic bodies sit on moulds already running, decorated in-house in gradient, gilded, hammered and frosted. Dimensions, weight and carton data come back on every design you shortlist, before anyone mentions tooling.

A vase is not a fill container, so capacity tells you nothing useful. Three other things decide whether a design works for your range, and all three go in writing before you pay a deposit.
What you actually need
Your planogram, your gift box and your freight quote all run on height, maximum diameter and weight. None of that is a capacity figure, so you get dimensions and weight instead of a fill-volume table.
What we send
You get height, mouth diameter, body diameter and unit weight for every design you shortlist, measured on current production, not copied from an old catalogue.
Where the cost really lands
Tall and irregular shapes break more easily than a jar. A cheap vase that arrives cracked costs you far more than the unit price you saved.
How we pack it
You choose the carton format with us: individual foam or corrugated inserts for slim and footed shapes, layer pads for cylinders. We state the carton dimensions and the count per carton on the quotation.
What buyers reject on
Gradient and gilded finishes vary between operators if nobody controls them. Your customer sees the variation on a shelf, side by side.
How we hold it
Decoration runs in our own Shandong plant against 1 signed reference sample, so you approve the shade once and we match every later batch to that same piece.
You buy these by shape and finish, so we build the data sheet per design instead of publishing one fixed table. Shortlist a shape and you get all five within one business day.

No tooling minimum
Existing moulds carry no tooling minimum. Your first order is the carton run we agree per design, and you can combine several vase designs in one container.
Stock samples
You get samples of any existing-mould vase for approval. Decorated samples in your own colour run from a signed reference piece.
40HC mixed
Vases load in the same container as your diffuser bottles and candle jars, which is how most home-fragrance buyers reach a full load.
Season planned
Decorated vases are scheduled against your on-shelf date. We work backwards from the date you need them landed, so that date belongs on the enquiry.
EXW or FOB
We quote EXW or FOB from Qingdao or Shanghai. Your forwarder or ours, whichever gives you the better rate.
On a vase the decoration is the product. You are not paying for a container that holds something — you are paying for the finish a customer picks up. This is why private-label buyers start here. All of it runs in our own plant, so a stock shape becomes your exclusive look for the cost of the decoration alone.

Your drawing, a rival's vase or a sketch on paper is enough to begin. We check it against the moulds already running first, because an existing shape reaches your warehouse months before a new one could.
A full-size model of your vase, so you sign off proportions and stance with the piece in your hand.
Produces five to ten decorated samples in real glass. This stage is your chance to approve the finish as well as the shape.
Cut in our own tooling shop in Shandong once the samples are signed. The mould is yours and the shape is not offered to anyone else.
Your vases are formed on lines we own and run. MAIDAO INDUSTRY operates 14 production lines across two sites and makes about 700 million pieces a year, and SGSBOTTLE has exported to more than 40 countries since 2013, so the person quoting you can also change your order. That means the person quoting your order can also change it.
Every vase you order passes through the annealing lehr, which relieves the stress that makes thin glass crack later. Tall shapes fail without it.
We check it across the body, because an uneven wall turns your tall vase into a breakage claim.

Importers buy from factories like ours and hold stock in-market, which suits your first carton; a pallet is where buying direct starts to pay you back.

Your acrylic model is about $500 in roughly ten days, a sample mould about $1,200 in 35 days, and a production mould $1,200 to $2,200. You approve each stage before the next one starts.
