The 3 Routes and What Each Demands

Why Hot Fill Is the Demanding One
Your bottle meets a temperature gradient twice: once when hot product arrives against cool glass, and again as the filled pack cools. Each pass is a thermal shock event.
Two properties carry you through it. Your annealing grade, since residual stress uses part of the capacity the gradient needs, and your wall distribution, since the crack starts at the thinnest point. What Cold Fill Asks Instead
Cold filling puts almost no thermal load on your glass, which is why it is the easiest route for the container. Your demands move elsewhere.
Carbonation is the main one. A cold-filled carbonated 330 ml (11 oz) bottle pushes outward for the life of the pack, and that pressure rises in a warm container, so your ISO 7458 result matters more than any thermal figure.

Where Aseptic Sits for Glass
Aseptic filling keeps your product cold and your pack unstressed, which protects flavour, colour and vitamins better than heat does. Your container has to be sterilised and handled inside a sterile zone.
Glass is chemically inert and dimensionally stable, so it behaves well there. Your finish tolerance matters more than usual, since a sterile seal depends on a consistent sealing surface, and SGSBOTTLE gauges finishes on all 14 lines in Shandong and Xuzhou.
What Changes on Your Drawing
Four numbers follow from your route. Your headspace, larger for hot fill because vapour has to occupy volume before it condenses. Your finish, matched to a closure that holds under vacuum or pressure.
Then your annealing grade and your thermal shock result, both of which only mean something if they were tested at the differential your process actually uses. A 500 ml (17 oz) bottle proven at ambient tells you nothing about a hot fill.
