The mould stays your property, we sign an NDA on request, and the minimum that follows the mould is 12,000 pieces in extra-flint in Shandong or 50,000 in standard flint in Shandong and Xuzhou, the same numbers we quote your competitors.
Your tooling is cut in our own mould shops beside the factory floor, and every cavity runs on one of the 14 lines across Shandong and Xuzhou. Send your drawing, your capacity in ml and oz, and your closure, and the quotation names the site, the cavity count and the minimum. A 500 ml (17 oz) design and a 1 L (34 oz) design are priced the same way, stage by stage.
